In line with this concept we merge the tradition and values of more than 160 years of company history with the standards of an innovative, competitive and future-oriented group of companies.
Today we are an international group of companies with a clear focus on private label business. We have achieved the objective we set ourselves as a Private Label Brand Manufacturer in every respect. In only eight years we have established ourselves as the second largest manufacturer in this sector throughout Europe. Annual turnover has nearly doubled over that period.
Our products are manufactured at a total of five locations in Germany and the Netherlands and are distributed not only through the German sales organisation but also through Sales Centres in the Netherlands, France and Spain.
In addition to a core range of dalli products in the laundry detergent and household cleaner sector as well as the bodycare sector our product portfolio today includes complex, highly innovative products such as dishwasher tablets as well as cosmetics and suncare products. In 2007 the range was extended to include natural cosmetics.
Motivated, highly qualified employees, an extensive quality management system and certifications in compliance with current industrial standards serve to ensure the top quality of our products. That quality is confirmed by product tests performed by independent consumer survey organisations (Stiftung Warentest, Öko-test, etc.) on a regular basis, assuring us of market leadership in various product segments of the private label sector. The major retail chain organisations in Europe and millions of consumers appreciate us as a reliable, competent manufacturer and show confidence in our products every day.
As a family-owned company we are particularly concerned about our employees. Social responsibility and dedicated personnel management are naturally an integral part of company policy. The quality of our employees ensures sustained company success. The dalli group has a total of 2000 employees. In a very wide range of occupations we offer young people an excellent start to their careers. Within the scope of a trainee programme we prepare university graduates and management trainees for the many different attractive tasks in our group of companies.
