Christoph Osegowitsch new Spokesman of the Management Board

Stolberg, 9th January 2025 – The dalli group, a major consumer goods manufacturer focussing on the European private label and brand business in the personal care and home care markets, is making a change at the top of the Group. The Advisory Board of DALLI-WERKE GmbH & Co. KG has appointed Chief Operations Officer (COO) Christoph Osegowitsch (52) as Spokesman of the Management Board with effect from 1 January 2025.

Christoph Osegowitsch has been responsible for the dalli group’s supply chain as COO since May 2024 and has many years of experience in the FMCG, brand and private label environment. He worked for Procter & Gamble in the Supply Chain division for many years. Before joining the dalli group, Osegowitsch was a member of the Supply Chain Management Board at Laurens Spethmann Holding and before that Managing Director Supply Chain at Griesson-DeBeukelaer

The previous CEO, Joachim Rabe (65), handed over his responsibilities at the turn of the year 2024/2025.

Joachim Rabe initially joined the dalli group as a consultant at the beginning of 2023, but soon took over the position of CEO and successfully led the company out of restructuring. “My task is complete, because together we have succeeded in putting the company back on a solid economic footing. What matters now is continuity through change, which is why I am delighted that my colleague Christoph Osegowitsch will be taking over as CEO,” says Joachim Rabe.

Short biography of Christoph Osegowitsch

Christoph Osegowitsch was born in Munich on 28 April 1972. From 1 January 2025, he will be responsible for the Supply Chain division and corporate management as Spokesman of the Management Board of the dalli group. He will be based at the company’s headquarters in Stolberg.
After graduating from high school, Christoph Osegowitsch studied mechanical and process engineering at the Technical University of Munich. He began his professional career at Procter & Gamble in 1998. There he held various supply chain positions in the Food & Beverages, Beauty Care and Home Care categories in Germany, Belgium and the UK for 16 years.

In 2014, he took over responsibility for the supply chain as Managing Director at Griesson DeBeukelaer, where he restructured the supply chain. Five years later, he moved to Laurens-Spethmann-Holding, one of Europe’s largest manufacturers of tea, cereals, dried fruit and nuts, as Chief Supply Chain Officer.
