Family business further expands its Contract Manufacturing and broadens its range of services 

dalli group acquires Italian contract manufacturer Farmol S.p.A.

 Stolberg, 21 July 2026. The dalli group has signed an agreement to acquire Farmol S.p.A., headquartered in Comun Nuovo (Italy). Completion of the transaction remains subject to merger control clearance; experience shows that such a process takes several months. Until then, both companies remain legally independent. 

Farmol was founded in 1946 and specializes in the Contract Manufacturing of aerosol and liquid products for the Personal Care and Home Care categories. With around 1,000 employees at six sites in Italy, Hungary, Slovakia and Tunisia, the company is one of the valued partners of well-known brand manufacturers in Europe. 

With the acquisition, the dalli group strengthens the group as a whole and further expands its Contract Manufacturing business. Farmol complements the group’s range of services and widens its room for manoeuvre. Together, the two companies are developing into an even more reliable and more broadly positioned partner for retail and the brand industry. The acquisition is an important, strategic step for the competitiveness and future viability of the company.

Both companies will initially continue to operate independently in the market; the strategic direction and the framework of values will be shaped by dalli. For the time being, the acquisition has no effects on day-to-day operations at the sites. The integration of the two companies is a process that takes time and that the dalli group will shape carefully and with a sense of proportion.
