Your tasks
As a retail sales assistant (m/f/d), you will assist with all tasks in the factory outlet, such as
- Conducting consultations and selling goods
- Ordering goods
- Designing the salesrooms
- Commercial activities, e.g. planning staff deployment & handling correspondence

You should have a technical secondary school leaving certificate or (higher) commercial school.
What does your
final exam look like?
At the end of your apprenticeship, you will take your final examination at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. You will be prepared for this in exam preparation courses.
