SUSTAINABILITY POLICY STATEMENT OF THE DALLI GROUP

The dalli-group is an innovative, performance-oriented company with high-quality products and services.

Economic performance, social and ethical responsibility, and environmental protection are the pillars of our commitment to sustainability. Sustainable and responsible business practices increase our ability to innovate and to face the future, allow us to identify risks and opportunities at an early stage, and enable us to shape necessary change processes in the best possible way.

Sustainability is an integral part of our corporate strategy and development. By respecting the interests of all relevant stakeholders, taking a holistic view of financial and non-financial indicators, and actively driving their continuous improvement, we make our positive contribution to sustainable development and to society as a whole. To this purpose, we maintain honest and fair dealings with our employees, shareholders, customers, partners and suppliers, as well as with the general public.

By means of transparent information and constructive dialog, we always work together on future-oriented solutions that improve the current situation on the one hand and enable us to meet long-term challenges on the other.

Compliance with human rights, statutory regulations, official requirements and the relevant internationally recognized ethical and social standards is a self-evident obligation for us in our day-to-day business. These principles provide a framework of orientation for all employees. They are supplemented by the Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Energy Guidelines and the associated integrated management system and Code of Conduct.

The integrated management system is based on the internationally recognized standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, IFS HPC, IQNET SR10, RSPO SCC MB, SA 8000 and the national implementation laws for the Seveso III Directive.

The management is committed to inform all involved and interested parties about these principles and the corresponding guidelines as well as to provide the organizational and financial resources for the implementation of the management system.
